9:45 a.m.                                  Arrive At Store Location

10:00 a.m. / 10:30 a.m.             Install Cold Air Balloons

10:30 a.m. / 12:30 p.m.            In-Store Visit # 1 – Focus On Sales

12:30 p.m. / 1:00 p.m.              Meal Break

1:00 p.m. / 2:15 p.m.                In-Store Visit # 2 – Focus On Sales

2:30 p.m. / 2:45 p.m.                Break – Prepare “Tony”

3:00 p.m. / 4:30 p.m.                In-Store Visit # 3 – “Tony” Visit  (20 on – 10 off)

4:30 p.m. / 5:00 p.m.                Break – “Tony” (put Tony away – wrap up sales business)

5:00 p.m.                                  Tear Down
 

PLEASE : Be flexible with your Balloon Team. If they need to travel 50 or more miles to the next days location, please finish by 4:30 p.m., 100 miles or more tear down by 4:00p.m.. Your help is deeply appreciated.

 

NOTE : The “A” unit (Scott & Laurie) will still be traveling with a hot air balloon

               in the Western United States, building on the successes they have enjoyed
               with school visits in the early morning hours.
The “B” unit, traveling in the Eastern United States is now both hot and cold air balloon equipped plus the character promotion.
